What Happens?
We’ll guide you through all 7 quality areas across 7 Zoom sessions, (or choose the amount of sessions you would like) highlighting the best of your service, even the things you might not notice yourself.
During the sessions, we:
Work with you to share your best practices, we prompt with reflective questions, we document everything you’re saying, and support you in identifying areas for improvement too.
Help you articulate your strengths as well as exceeding themes clearly and ensure they are written effectively, so your service shines in every quality area.
Bring as many team members as you like to each session.
Zoom sessions | 90–120 minutes each | $300 (in 2025)
Receive each quality area documented and returned within 7 days following review from our former Authorised Officer.
